This Sauvignon Blanc, made from organically grown grapes certified by the BCS Öeko Garantie GmbH, bears the spirit of our estate workers, pedaling their way to our vineyards each day. Young and fresh, this wine has a nice bright yellow color with green hues. Its nose is mineral and citric, with herbal hints and notes of white flowers and melon, which anticipate a balanced and refreshing mouth that culminates in a long, mineral finish.
