Description
This Argentinian Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented in stainless steel and then transferred and aged in French oak for one year, giving the wine notes of sweet spice and vanilla. You will also taste plum, black cherries, a bit of green peppercorns and jalapenos. Pairs well with hard cheese such as farmhouse cheddar.
