Aged blended Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at Diamond Distillery, the last remaining distillery in Guyana.
The nose perfectly balances fruit and confection, displaying tobacco, clove, and dried cherry; a soft and silky palate of toffee, ginger, and stewed red fruit; clove, charred oak, and butterscotch on a dry, spicy finish.
