CASTELLO DI GABBIANO ALLEANZA

Description

Hand-harvested grapes: winemaking is focus on maximum color and flavor extraction and to enhance richness and texture of the wine. The wine is aged in French Oak barriques(225L) of first and second passage, for 16/18 months. The Alleanza has notes of black pepper, cloves and ripe fruit on nose.
